James A. Beck

About James A. Beck

Jim Beck practices primarily in the areas of Business Law, Litigation and Commercial Creditors’ Rights. He spends most of his time assisting clients with contracts, debt collection, construction law issues, employment law matters and business disputes. Jim is also competent to represent clients in appeals as well as creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and all the state and federal courts located within the state.

Jim believes it is important to provide quality legal representation and personal service while maintaining high ethical standards. He is a great listener and prefers to focus on results more than processes.

A native of Raleigh, Jim received his B.S. in Business Management from NC State University in 2000. Jim earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005.

Jim enjoys spending time with his family, loves playing golf and basketball and is a diehard NC State fan. He is a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
