David Reece Cockman, former “of counsel” with our firm, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2022.  David lived and breathed the law and was proud of his profession.  He was elected for membership in the North Carolina Bar Association’s General Practice Hall of Fame in 2010.  David was an insightful and generous man always willing to help and give guidance to our attorneys and staff.  His memorial service was held today, February 28, 2022.
